Barry L. Lambert – Director of Sales

Barry Lambert brings 20 years of customer service and client retention expertise to the Atlantis Financial Group. Barry has spent the past 16 years as Director of Athletics at The Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney. During that time, he has developed relationships with numerous business owners and elected officials in the area, as well as throughout the state. These relationships will embolden AFG’s beginning and sustain our growth. Barry is licensed in both General Lines and Property and Casualty in the State of Texas.



Lindy Manuel – Director of Marketing

With a BA in Mathematics from Illinois Wesleyan University Mr. Manuel’s career extends from GTE to United Technologies to VMX in Dallas (the company that invented voice mail) to his own consulting company, Solution 1. His duties have ranged from engineer to project manager to Managing Director of a Chicago based startup to COO and CEO. Lindy has worked for and with such companies as Coopers & Lybrand, Whirlpool, Apple Computer, Coca-Cola, Sprint and multiple Bell Operating companies such as Southwestern Bell to name just a few.

Lindy is now focused on assisting in the strategic planning, marketing, development and growth of Southwest Financial Group and Atlantis Financial.



Lindsay Richardson- Producer / Director of Human Resources

Lindsay Richardson comes from a background in marketing and administrative management. She has helped several organizations brand and develop needed marketing material and outline clerical necessities. From the moment that Chris met Lindsay he knew that she had the spark that would continue to help and funnel growth at SFG.

With a keen eye for graphics and formatting and excellent technical / creative writing skills, she has created countless highly rated marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements for the multiple divisions within Z&Z International, Inc. Since joining the organization in February of 2006 she has helped with the creation of principals and fundamentals that have been implemented and successful. As of June 2009 Lindsay is a Property and Casualty Licensed Agent within the State of Texas.
